Our boutique and website stock availability share the same inventory, even on our website Lovintage.com shows available, updates might delay due to system processing. If the item that you purchase is out of stock, we will inform you via email as soon as possible.
Our boutique vintage items are averagely 80s-90s vintage item, we cannot avoid the vintage scent, flaws and the faded colors, before you purchase any vintage bag, make sure that you have check and be notify if there is any flaws, tear or worn, and buy at your own risk. Please be aware that no return, cancel or refund for if the purchase item does not involve damage issue. If after purchase item happen to be damage, please contact with us, we will consult the item situation and provide repair for post service, we will quote the cost for repair before you decided to fix it.

About Shipping and Freight
We provide worldwide free postage service, you may verified your purchase order, postage details, payment information and confirm your order, once order processing will ship out your purchase item within 2-5 working days. Once your item have been collected by the logistic company, we will inform your waybill and tracking code provided by the logistic company, please keep as record to verify your purchase order.
We are currently using EMS (Express Mail Service) for free postage to deliver to worldwide, If the region of country of yours generate taxes, tariffs, levies and duties (where applicable) are not included in free postage service. We will stated the purchase item for $50 US Dollar, to avoid generating taxes, hence we do not guarantee it, please shop at your own risk.
If your parcel have been seized by customs for tax duties, customs will inform you regarding the tax duties, at this point, you can either choose to pay for the taxes to claim your parcel. If you choose not to claim your parcel or pay taxes, you can reject the parcel and return to sender. Once this incident had happen, please contact us via our customer service email firstname.lastname@example.org for refund or resend the item.

Besides the following situation, we basically do not accept buyer to unilaterally return the goods.

If your situation are above, buyer must inform and contact us for good return within THREE days from the day you received the parcel. If buyer have not contact us for return after more than THREE days, we will not entertain any of your return. Once we receive your item return information, we will refund within TEN working days with email notification. Any goods for return have to inform us earlier, without our consent of return, we will not accept any taxes, tariffs, levies, duties and shipping fare that might have cost.
