About the order

After successfully placing an order on the website, we will verify the information such as the ordered goods, mailing address, payment, etc. and confirm the order. After the order is confirmed, it will be shipped within 2-5 working days. When the package is sent out, we will notify you of the order number and package number via email. Please save them for verification when you receive the goods.

Since physical stores and websites share inventory, even if an item is shown as in stock on Lovintage.com, it may sometimes be sold out due to time differences. If the item you ordered is out of stock, we will notify you as soon as possible by email.

 

About the product

Most of the items in our store are second-hand items from the 1980s and 1990s. Second-hand items may have some wear and tear, slight wrinkles, and discoloration. Please confirm their wear and tear and use before purchasing, and understand the nature of second-hand items and possible risks of use. Please note that there will be no cancellations, returns or exchanges for items that have not been used properly. If the product is damaged by nature and cannot be used normally after purchase, please contact us immediately. We will make repair suggestions based on the damage and decide on the relevant fees based on the repair content.



About payment

Our store accepts the following payment methods: VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Alipay, WeChat Pay and Bank Transfer. Interest-free instalments are only available in physical stores.



About delivery and shipping

We provide free shipping service worldwide. We will confirm the order after verifying the goods, mailing address, payment and other information you ordered. After the order is confirmed, it will be shipped within 2-5 working days. When the package is sent out, we will notify you of the order number and package number via email. Please save them for verification when you receive the goods.

We currently use EMS to deliver to the world for free, but free delivery does not include any taxes. After the EMS package arrives in your country or region, customs duties or other taxes may be incurred. We mark the value of the goods as $50 to avoid taxes, but we cannot guarantee to completely avoid the possibility of being taxed.

In case your package is subject to customs duties, customs will contact you and inform you of the duty amount. At this time, you will need to go to customs to pay the relevant duties before your package is released. If you do not want to pay customs duties, you can refuse to accept the shipment and return the package directly. When this happens, please contact cs@lovintage.com immediately to discuss a refund or resend.

Buyers please note that all taxes are your responsibility. For more details on customs taxes and charges, please contact your local customs office. China and Hong Kong will use other delivery methods to ensure that no taxes will be charged. Please contact cs@lovintage.com for details.



About Returns

In principle, we do not accept unilateral return requests from buyers except in the following circumstances.

  • There are cases where the product specifications on Lovintage.com are significantly different from the actual product purchased.
  • I received a different item than what was stated in my order confirmation email.

If the above situation occurs, the buyer must contact us within three working days after signing for the goods to request a return. If the return request exceeds the three working days limit, no return request for any reason will be accepted. We will complete the refund within ten days after receiving the return and contact you by email. Any return requires contacting us in advance. All costs incurred by returns without contact and rejection, including customs duties, shipping costs, etc., will be borne by the buyer.
